Where are they now?

Date of birth: May 31, 1971 Queens, NY

Full name: Elizabeth Mary Michaud John

Connection to Pittsburg: My parents moved to Pittsburg in 1976 (or 1977) when my father, Dr. Carl J. Michaud, OB/GYN, wanted to open up his own medical practice. He was invited to do so with Dr. Counce Hancock, who was a pediatrician, and together, they opened Women & Children’s Clinic. I was probably five or six when we moved and started first grade in Pittsburg. We lived and stayed in Pittsburg until the end of my junior year in high school; my father had taken ill and wanted to move to Florida to be closer to family and with the further hope to return back to his beloved Haiti for retirement. He passed away in Sept 1989 before he could realize that dream.
