Museum celebrates Black History Month

In honor of Black History Month, the Rural Heritage Museum in Pittsburg will be hosting, “A Celebration of Black History” Feb. 28.
The reception for the program will be beginning at 6:30 p.m. and the presentation will follow afterwards at 7 p.m.
President of Northeast Texas Rural Heritage Museum, Robert Peoples will welcome the group as well as be the master of ceremonies. Songs, poems and a children’s skit will be performed for the public and guest speaker Marvin Hamilton will give a special presentation.
