Dear Editor

This is to the lady driving a white SUV with a dented front left fender  that dropped off two puppies at our property in Leesburg, TX, Sunday, December 15th.
There was one black male and one white female.  They both had collars on and they were left with a small bag of food, a towel and were in a blue plastic tote.   Oh, yes and a note (partial because half of it was torn off).  The main message in the note said “Please love these pups.  We do, but are homeless…..cannot keep them safe.  (part of the message torn off)  but it said  “is hurt from……they have…..6 days ago….scared…them….Sorry didn’t know ….How to keep them alive as they are good……you….Merry”    
I don’t know what she was trying to tell us, but one of the puppies is hurt and his jaw is swollen.   She (lady in the white SVY) needs to come get her puppies and take care of them.
