Thoughts from the debate

If we are keeping score (and we always do) I would say Hillary Clinton slightly beat Donald Trump in the rst presidential debate. Not because she had better arguments or more insight; she managed to make Trump defend his decisions he has made in his life, like not releasing his tax returns. I don`t understand why Trump just doesn’t say “I may or may not disclose my tax returns; I`m not required to do so.” And counterpunch with “you on the other hand, you are required to turn over the subpoenaed e-mails, and when Mrs. Clinton is that going to happen?” Clinton accused Trump of fat-shaming Alicia Machado (former Miss Universe) and there is no denying this happened. Trump should just apologize and say “ere is no excuse for what I did” much like “there is no excuse for you, when you threatened those women your husband sexually abused.”
