Thacker-Davis Architects submit preliminary plans for newPitt Gym

During the regular monthly meeting of the Pittsburg ISD Board of Trustees, Compass Builder’s representative, Mr. Charlie Price, gave a brief run-down of the progress of the school construction. The new parking lot is nished, open, and being used. e folks working on the new home side bleachers are nishing up their site and grade inspection. ey will proceed after the last home game with the destruction of the old stands and construction of the new, the new visitors’ parking lot will become the new home fans’ parking lot. The new Agriculture building is entering the nal phases of the outside work and the inside work should begin soon. e new visitors’ dressing room is also coming along now a er the delay. In addition, a representative of acker-Davis Architects, Mr. Brice Davis, presented a slide show of the floorplan and the outside of the new Pittsburg Pirate Gymnasium. The floor-plan and outside of the new gym were approved by the Board.
