Pittsburg Band Booster march to the sound of the Pirate Band

The Band Boosters club marches to the sound of the Pirate Marching Band and support the students with their hard work. The Band boosters raise money for all the trips the bands take, this includes the Junior High Band as well as the High School band. The officers for the 2016-2017 school years are Diane Stratton, President, Jennifer Beauman, First Vice President, Anna Sewell, Second Vice President, and Makala Burrow is Secretary Treasurer. These ladies along with the Director of Bands, Austin Jesmore work to coordinate food, water, and other needs for the band members during their trips to ball games, contest, or other venues where they perform. The members run the concession stand at the northwest corner of Pirate field and also provide food for the visiting bands. During last week’s game with Henderson they fed 230 visiting band members plus their support sta and directors and our band from that stand. The Band Booster’s also provide water for the band so they stay hydrated during the games and other venues.
