Mayor Shawn Kennington joins the fun and gets doused at the Splash Pad for the UNITY Rally last Saturday.The City of Pittsburg and SWEPCO, put on the completely free event for the community. There were vendor booths and speakers.Organizers for the event came together along with law enforcement and city and county leaders.
