First United Methodist Church is gearing up for fall programming

Starting Tuesday, Aug. 30 Kids’ Club and Tweens a er school programs will resume. Kids’ Club is an a er school program available for kiddos in grades 2nd through 4th and is led by our Children’s Ministry Director Lauri Abernathy. Participants are picked up a er school and walk over the church campus for recreation, cra s, a snack and devotional time. Kids’ Club hours are 3:30 to 5:30 every Tuesday, when there is a full day of school. Tweens is a ministry that o ers a er school programming for pre-teen children in 5th and 6th grades and is led by our Youth Ministry Director Aaron Dudley. Tweens is a program that o ers open recreation, light mission projects, a snack and lessons from the Bible and also a series on building healthy relationships and strong character.
