Corn Casserole
Saute’ 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped bell pepper in 1 stick of butter
Mix:
3 eggs
3 TBSP. sugar or “I use less”
3 cans cream style corn
1 small diced pimento (drained)
1 ½ cups cooked Minute rice
