Services for Robert Allen Wilson, 85, of Leesburg, were held July 6, at Erman Smith Funeral Home in Pittsburg, with burial in Hughes Springs Cemetery in Hughes Springs.
Mr. Wilson was born Sept. 7, 1928, in Cass County and died July 3 at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Pittsburg and a member of the Iron Workers Union since 1946.
He was preceded in death by parents J.D. Wilson and Leona “Jack” Wilson; daughter, Robba Alynn Wilson; sister: Jeryldyne Adams; and grandchild, Emma Grace Wilson.
Survivors include his wife, Lena Wilson of Leesburg; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dell and Sara Wilson Tulsa, Okla., Sperry and Karen Wilson of Austin; one daughter and sonin- law, Eileen and J.M. Coffman of Richardson; grandchildren: Amy and Jon Engel, Janessa and James Glenn, Mattie and Mathew Pawlowic, Garrett Wilson, Rebecca Wilson; one great-grandchild: Julia Eileen Glenn; and brother, Homer D. Wilson of Longview.
