Pittsburg Art and Wine Festival coming to Pendergrass Park

The City of Pittsburg will host the second annual Pittsburg Art and Wine Festival sponsored by Cypress Bank, Guaranty Bond Bank, Pilgrim Bank, and Pittsburg Main Street Program. The festival will be held at the Pendergrass Park, located in the Historic District of downtown Pittsburg on Saturday, May 31 from 12 to 7 p.m.
The festival will showcase wines from The Piney Woods Wine Trail including Los Pinos of Pittsburg, St. Rose of Pittsburg, Red 55 of Lindale, Fairhaven of Hawkins, Maydelle Country Wines of Rusk, Dionisio of Houston, Crump Valley of Sulphur Springs, and Red Road of Naples. Pittsburg Art and Wine festival will also feature several artists from the East Texas area displaying and selling their pieces to the public, live jazz music, and local culinary treats for purchase.
Pittsburg Art and Wine Festival tickets are $5 and include a souvenir glass and reusable bag.
Wineries will be on hand to discuss and sell wines by the taste, the glass, or bottle.
Bring some cash for the entrance and be ready to have a grape time.
