East Texans being underpaid on insurance claims

A Longview resident came home to a disappointing sight. A frozen pipe in her attic had ruptured causing extensive water damage to her home. Like most homeowners, she had never experienced a property loss that necessitated filing an insurance claim. She carefully followed all of the required steps but soon realized that her insurance checks were not enough to pay for all of her property damage. Luckily, she came across a little known resource for property claimants - a Public Insurance Adjuster. “I had never heard of a Public Insurance Adjuster”, she said. “I had no idea that there was someone available who could be a knowledgeable advocate for me on my claim.” She partnered with the Gordon PA Firm and began to see additional insurance checks.
