20th Century Club group recognizes historic homes

The 20th Century Club members are proud to recognize these two historic Pittsburg homes.  The annual “Friendship Luncheon and Tea” was held at The Abernathy House.  Members and the home owner, Neoma Twining, are shown with the marker placed in front of the home.
The home, at 406 Quitman, is known as the Abernathy Home and was built in 1896. It was previously owned by Mr. and Mrs. D. H. Abernathy
