City of Pittsburg sponsoring spring clean-up day Saturday

This Saturday, April 12, the City of Pittsburg will sponsor a spring cleanup day.  
City residents will be able to utilize dumpsters and other receptacles at no charge (with the exception of tires) at the Big Green baseball field.  
Local businesses participating this year include, Discount Tire and Brake, Dyco Metal, Shawnee Enterprises and Colvin and Associates Computer Emporium.  Sanitation Solutions will provide dumpsters.
Proof of City residency will be required to take advantage of this event.  Residency can be proven by TX drivers license, City water bill, voter id, etc.
Items that will not be accepted include wet paint and refrigerators/freezers with compressors intact.  If you have specific questions, please call Dillon Richardson at 903-856-7201.
