Sampson and Crane to wed

Mrs. Debra Sampson of Gladewater is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter Lindsey Ruth Sampson of Gladewater to Stephen Lloyd Crane of Elysian Fields.
The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Leo Sampson and granddaughter of the late Gerald Crawford, the late Betty Ruth Crawford McDonald, Bob McDonald of Carthage and the late Emmitt and Ethel Sampson. Lindsey is a 2003 graduate of Union Grove High School and a 2007 graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in biomedical science. She received her doctorate of veterinary medicine from Texas A&M in 2011. She is currently employed as a veterinarian with Banfield Pet Hospital in Plano.
The prospective groom is the son of Don Lloyd Crane Jr. and the late Janet Ann Crane. He is the grandson of Don Lloyd Crane Sr. and Shirley Hudnell Crane of Chandler and Robert Edward and Ruby Jewell Westcott of Elysian Fields. Stephen is a 2004 graduate of Elysian Fields High School and a 2008 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in History. Stephen is currently employed with Lowe’s in Mesquite.
The couple will wed April 19th at Arabella Manor in Longview. They will reside in Allen.
