Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church to host women's conference Saturday

Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church will be hosting a Women’s Conference entitled “Dancing in the Rain” Saturday from noon until 3 p.m. in their Fellowship Hall.

The conference will focus on women’s health and learning how to dance and rejoice despite difficulties and trying situations that come in life. It also focuses on teaching women how to lean on God and trust that all things will work for their good despite difficult times.

The conference will begin with a free health check by licensed nurses from noon until 12:30. From 12:30 until 2:30 p.m. there will be an introduction, fun activities, praise and worship as well as a talk from the keynote speaker. From 2:30-3:00 p.m. there will be fellowship and a lunch.
