VBS is June 10 at PGBC
LEESBURG – The Piney Grove Baptist Church, 4942 FM 2455, will host an all-day Vacation Bible School on Saturday, June 10.
It will start at 9 a.m. for children ages 3 through sixth grade.
Parents are invited to attend at 4 p.m. for closing ceremonies, food and games for all.

Area church hosting VBS
GILMER – The Union Ridge Church will host Vacation Bible School for children and adults on June 23-25.
Friday and Saturday’s classes are 5:45 to 8:30 p.m. and on Sunday at 9:30 a.m., followed by lunch on the grounds.

Church celebrating 100 years
MOUNT PLEASANT -- The First Church of God in Christ, 502 S. Lee St., invites friends and neighbors to join them for their 100-year celebration on Saturday and Sunday, June 10-11.
On Saturday at 10:30 a.m., Elder Jimmy Ray Smtih will speak. A picnic will follow on the ground.
On Sunday, services start at 3:30 p.m. with the speaker Jurisdictional Bishop Nelson J. Gatlin.
Pastor Elder Tommy Smith welcomes all.
