Lord’s Acre sale to be held Sept. 29-Oct. 1

Lord’s Acre has become an honored tradition at First United Methodist Church Pittsburg. Patrons can join in this celebration of God’s blessings while building offerings for missions. This event brings the community and church family together to give back to the Lord as he directed in Malachi 3:10, “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” said the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it”. The Annual Tag Sale is a cornerstone of FUMC’s efforts to fulfill its annual giving toward missions. An event serious shopper’s do not want to miss; the Ministry Center is full. Hurry in for finds in gently used clothing, household and sporting goods, toys, games, furniture and more. First Methodist Pittsburg members may shop early on Monday Sept. 26 from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Public school teachers may shop on Tuesday, Sept 27. e public sale runs ursday, Sept 29 – Saturday, Oct. 1 from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
