Services for Anita McMinn Cobb Crain, 93, were held at Bates-Cooper-Sloan Chapel in Mount Pleasant on Saturday, Aug. 6 with Rev. Mike Cli on o ciating. Interment was in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Mount Pleasant. Mrs. Crain died at Heritage Park on Aug. 3 in Mount Pleasant. She was born March 27, 1923 in Camp County. She was the owner of the Dr Pepper Bottling Company in Nacogdoches. She was a member of the Tennison Memorial United Methodist Church and participated in the United Methodist Women, Janet Martin Sunday School Class and ursday Morning Circle and Eastern Star. She is survived by two sons, Charles Mac Cobb and wife Jan of Mount Pleasant and Dr. Steve W. Cobb and wife Joy of Midland; one step-daughter, Jane Dollins and husband Arthur of Paris; one brother-in-law, Bobby Barrett. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivan Otis and Vern Nevade Wray McMinn; husbands, Charles Cobb and M. B. Crain; one brother and his wife, Fred and Hazel McMinn; one sister-in-law, Eugenia Barrett; one sister and brother-in-lawPeggy and Curtis Wall and one grandson, Charles Mac Cobb, Jr. A registry for online memorials may be le at batescoopersloanfuneralhome.com.
