Are your panties in a wad?

If your panties are already in a wad over the purposed school bond, then this article is not going to make you feel vindicated. Yes, I`m very much in favor of the school bond. I have looked at the packet, the items listed are truly needed and the costs are what they are. It seems to me almost all the students and teachers will bene t from these improvements and that is reason enough to vote for the bond. Public schools are a lot more than reading, writing and arithmetic. e social side of school is always underappreciated. Being prepared for life, is sometimes more important than algebra. Home schooling leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. Little interaction with people unlike you will cause problems or issues later in life. If you believe in the European style of schooling where the students are going longer each day and much longer semesters and all outside interests (sports, music, and any type of club) are completely separate of school, then you are wrong there to.
