Jean Palmer of New Cumberland, Pa. is pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of her daughter, Courtney Lynn Palmer, to Jeffrey Brent Harwell, son of Bruce T. and Cathy Harwell of Pittsburg. Courtney is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and is the hoofstock manager at Out of Africa Wildlife Park in Cottonwood, Ariz.
