Accident by hospital early Wednesday, March 23

Early Wednesday morning, March 23, a two car collision occurred at the corner of U. S. 271, and Camp Road 4114 that runs on the south side of the East Texas Medical Center. Margarita De Gutierrez, driving the silver car pulled into traffic from the stop sign at CR 4114 after waiting on another car to pass on U. S. 271, and did not see Rachael West’s black car in a blind spot in the inside lane.
