Randy and Vicky Sinclair announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kimberly Sinclair DeLobel of Talco to Shane Joseph Turany of Mount Pleasant. The bride is a 2003 graduate of Mount Vernon High School and a 2008 graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Psychology. She is the registrar for Titus Regional Medical Center. Her grandparents are Fay Sinclair of Mount Vernon and the late Rex Sinclair 
and Martha and Sid Serres of Spring.
