• Asantewa La’Shell Jordan, a 1999 graduate of Pittsburg High School, received her master’s degree in social work from Texas A&M Commerce.

• Carl Shelton and Alan McCandless vie for the position of Camp County Sheri .

• Keterious Allen and Amra Glasco is Head Start’s Christmas king and queen.

• Lady Pirates bring home a trophy from the Hooks tournament. Carlenya Veasley is named to the All-Tournament team.
