Girls place third at track meet

The Pittsburg High School girls track team placed third overall at the Mount Pleasant track meet that was held last Thursday. Several Lady Pirates placed in their respective  events and below are theresults from the meet: Triple Jump-3rd Place: Na'Kiya Brown with a jump of 30'5"; Discus-5th Place: Madison Sansom with a throw of 79'9; Pole Vault-1st Place: Lesly Farfan with a vault of 7'; Long Jump 6th Place: Kaylee Joslin with a jump of 14'9"; Shot Put- 2nd Place: Shaundrea Rhymes with a throw of 32'4";
