Several Pirates make All-District

The Pittsburg Pirate football team has 11 players recognized in the District 7-4A All-District team for 2014.
Running back Sir Charles Perkins earned first-team offensivehonors after a standout season. Perkins rushed for over 687 yards on 105 carries, averaging 6.5 yards-per-carry and racked up 11 touchdowns. The Pirates had four players named to the second team offense, including tight ends E.J. Hill and Bradlee Warrick, receiver Dejour Dowell and center Hunter Fierro.
