Marianne Groves, 71, of Pittsburg, passed away on Dec. 10, at East Texas Medical Center in Pittsburg. Mrs. Groves was born on July 19, 1943 in Stuttgart, Germany. Her funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 13 at 2:00 p.m. at Erman Smith Funneral Home Chapel in Pittsburg with Dr. Lanny Groves officiating. Mrs. Groves was of the Baptist faith and worked for the sheriff’s office for 17 years.
She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Groves of Pittsburg; three stepsons: Lanny Groves, Brad Groves, and Randy Groves; one daughter: Marie Hackett, numerous grandchildren, and two great-grand children.
