Abbey Barrier, 6, announces the arrival of her baby brother, William Todd Barrier who was born on July 11, in Athens. He weighed eight pounds one ounce, and was 21.75 inches long. His parents are Donnie and Katherine Barrier of Jacksonville. William’s grandparents are James and Kathy Barrier of Pittsburg,and Debbie Williams of Longview and the late James Williams. His great grandparents are Juanita McNutt of Pittsburg and Katherine Nichols of Longview.
