To me, pause was more than just taking time out of my day; pause was, and is, about putting our lives on pause and just giving it all to God. In our daily lives we should walk with Christ not just alone by having a single quiet time once a day, but by truly pausing our lives for Him. By pausing everything that we have and everything we are and just pursuing Him whole heartedly in all the chaos.
