Miner promoted to Pittsburg location president

Kirk Lee, president of Guaranty Bond Bank has announced the promotion of Rachel Miner to president of the bank’s Pittsburg location following its April board meeting. 
Mr. Lee said, “Rachel has been a great asset to our company in both Pittsburg and Mount Pleasant.  Historically, she has split her time between the two markets and this opportunity will devote her focus on serving the residents of Camp County.  Her leadership, lending, and management skills will be of benefit to both Camp County and Guaranty Bond Bank.”
Mrs. Miner started with Guaranty Bond Bank in 2003 as assistant vice president and was promoted to vice president in 2004. She has over 10 years of banking experience and more than 20 years in finance related fields.
