Pastor’s appreciation service
Members of the Mount Lebanon Christian Methodist Episcopal Church wishes to invite everyone to an appreciation service for the Rev. Michael Rush on April 27 at 3 p.m.   The Rev. Jerral Walker of the Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church of Naples will be the speaker.

New Way Country Church Revival
The New Way Country Church will have a four day revival beginning Sunday, April 27 and last until Wednesday, April 30.  Services will begin at 7 p.m. each evening. The evangelist will be Rev. Scott Darby and music by David Edwards. The church is located 12 miles north of Gilmer and 7 miles south of Pittsburg on Highway 271 at the Upshur and Camp County line.

Memorial day at Macedonia
A memorial service will be held Sunday, May 4 at 10:30 a.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church.  A brief business meeting will follow at
1:00 p.m.  Guest speaker will be Bro. Kyle Smith.  Everyone is invited to bring a covered dish for a dinner on the grounds.
Donations to the Macedonia Cemetery Association will be taken at the gate Thursday afternoon May 1 through Sunday noon May 4 or may be mailed to Kim Daily, P. O. Box 70, Pittsburg, Texas 75686.
Leesburg Cemetery Memorial Service
The Leesburg Cemetery will have its annual memorial service and business meeting on April 27 at 11 a.m. at Leesburg Baptist Church.  The speaker will be the Leesburg pastor, Mel Murphy.  Special music will be by the southern gospel group, “Back Roads Band” from Winnsboro beginning at 10:30 a.m. Everyone is ask to bring a covered dish.
