All-District soccer results announced

Several Pittsburg soccer players received district honors this week with the release of All-District selections.
Senior Daniel Silva took home Offensive Most Valuable Player (MVP), while Victor Ponce was awarded “Sophomore of the Year.” First-Team Defenders for Pittsburg were: senior Oscar Cisneros and junior Eric Cisneros. First-Team Midfielders included: senior Jacob Martinez and senior Mario Perez. Receiving First-Team Midfielder honors were: senior Jacob Martinez, and senior Mario Perez; junior Ernando Valdelamar was given Second-Team Defender honors. Second Team Midfielder honors were given to senior Noel Baldelamar and junior. Osvaldo Aguilar. Pittsburg senior Huber Cortez was listed as Second-Team Goalkeeper. Receiving Honorable Mention was senior Gerardo Perez.
