Local man charged in Upshur
In the recent Upshur County hearing results of Dec. 2-Dec. 13, Derek R. Hare of Pittsburg attended court Dec. 9.
Hare’s offense was driving while intoxicated, an open alcoholic container and a subsequent offense. He was represented by Tim Cone and prosecuted by Natalie Miller. His degree was sentenced to ten years confinement in the Institutional Division, TDJC and probated eight years. And his disposition was conditions of Community Supervision, which were court cost, $50.00 Crime stoppers Fee, $60.00 DPS Blood Fee, $1,500 fine, 600 community work service hours, DWI repeat offender school, guardian interlock ½ probation period, alcohol-drug evaluation and life skills.
Hare pled guilty.
