Candidates continue to file for upcoming March election

Incumbent candidates filing for the Republican Party for the March 4, Primary 2014 election are: Elaine (Laney) Young, county clerk; Steven Hudnall, county commissioner precinct 2; Vernon Griffin, county commissioner precinct 4;
Thomas Cravey, county judge;  John McNutt, county surveyor; Kim Pittman, county treasurer; Teresa Bockmon, district clerk and Bobby Carpenter, justice of the peace.
Challengers filing in the Republican Party are: Steven Lindley for county commissioner precinct 4 and Melisa Tidball for district clerk.
Gib Wilson filed as a Democrat and will challenge Judge Cravey.
