No new information found for city and county burglaries

No new information is available from the police department on an aggravated robbery which occurred Saturday, Oct. 27 at approximately 9:24 p.m. on Quitman Street. A victim reported to police officers that a black female, described as short and stocky. With a skinny black male, entered the a residence and displayed a handgun. After striking the victim in the head, the subjects stole a television along with other items.
   In other law enforcement news, officers are being called to several locations of reported burglaries in the city and county.
   A burglary was reported Nov. 23 at 741 CR 1260 where a door was kicked in and evidence was found in the driveway. Damage to the door was reported and officers are going to provide patrols.
   A homeowner arrived home at 527 Mount Pleasant Street on Nov. 22 to find a window had been broken and a door was damaged. It appeared someone had tried prying open the door.
   On Nov. 18, a resident reported at burglary at 305 Montgomery Street.  
On Dec. 1 there was a reported burglary at 334 Quitman, Pittsburg.
