Jingle Bell 5K run is Saturday

The Education Club at Texas A&M University- Texerkana at Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) will be hosting a Jingle Bell 5K Paint Run/Walk on Dec. 7. Race registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at Caldwell Park. The Run starts at 9:30 a.m. Jingle Bell Paint Run participants will enjoy festive holiday music, showers of paint powder at each mile point, and celebratory hot chocolate at the finish line.
 The Education Club is comprised of Texas A&M-University-Texarkana students who attend classes on the NTCC campus. Club advisors are Dr. Callie Fortenberry and Dr. Michelle Huffman. The Run will be held in conjunction with “Christmas on the Square.” Proceeds from the event will be used for two specific purposes:
