Pittsburg's Wine and Art Festival a success

Pittsburg’s inaugural Art and Wine Festival was a success.

“We started planning it right after Christmas. Usually this is a year-long process, but we wanted to have it in the spring,” Clint Hardeman, the city’s Main Street/economic development director, said.
